Kelly Nyikita offers a unique 13-year perspective on the lending experience, having served as a Loan Processor and Sales Consultant before becoming a field Loan Officer serving Philadelphia’s Old City and surrounding areas. A President’s Club high achiever, Kelly works with everyone from first-time homebuyers purchasing a new home in Philadelphia to empty nesters moving back to the city, as well as investors purchasing rental properties. With each client, she takes the time to learn about their needs and goals, providing education that on the mortgage process, and walking them through every step to closing. Buying a new home can be stressful. I answer my clients’ questions and explain everything so that the process can be smooth, easy and end in a closing where the buyers and sellers are both happy,” Kelly stated. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Towson University. Family time is how she spends her free moments, enjoying being with her husband, Josh, and their young son and daughter. She and Josh like exploring new restaurants in Philadelphia with their friends and getting away for an annual ski trip – and when she gets the chance, Kelly likes to paint. She also gives back to her community as a volunteer with Ronald McDonald House.
