Richard has expertise in all facets of residential lending, particularly jumbo loans, first time home buyers, FHA, VA, and working with Self-Employed borrowers. During his career Richard has received the Outstanding Sales Award for being one of the Top 10% Producers by Volume. Before entering the mortgage industry, Richard, was an entrepreneur involved with several start-up companies and worked in direct marketing for ten years. Richard’s analytical skills and integrity are a natural fit for helping people with their residential lending needs.  His knowledge of finance and businesses provides helpful insights for his clients as they navigate the loan process. Richard especially believes in providing a high level of service, and prides himself on cultivating positive relationships with all of his clients. A graduate of Northeastern University, Richard is a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He is married with two daughters and active at his temple, coaches youth soccer, and has a natural eye for photography. He enjoys beautiful art, travel, real estate, being active, sport cars, and challenges.

David is a Vice President in the Mortgage Lending division of Guaranteed Rate Affinity servicing Cape Cod, the Islands and South Shore of MA. He works closely with a network of real estate and financial professionals to assist homeowners in all aspects of the home-buying process, from application to closing.  Specializing in JUMBO loans for primary and second homes, Self-employed and First-time borrowers, David works to understand the customer’s specific situation and provide a customized solution to their lending needs.  

David has more than 30 years of financial planning experience to work with his clients and their financial team to design the best program to fit their lending needs.  He holds a B.S. from Rider University and is currently a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and MORPAC. He, his wife Lisa and two children live in New Seabury, Cape Cod MA.
